Exchange policy

At NEP, your satisfaction matters to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be unused or only lightly used
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchange Conditions

Products may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value:

  • If the selected replacement has a higher value, the price difference must be paid
  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances

Non-Eligible Items

  • Products that are fully used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased during final sale or promotional clearance events (if applicable)

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or only partially used, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
